Well, we be done for today. We came up short by only 30 miles give or take. I was getting very close to my legal driving time limit, and the next truckstop would have put me over the limit. So we stopped here. Dang, got 570 miles in and it feels like half a day! LOL

It will be a very early start tomorrow morning since I have a delivery appointment right before lunch.

NOpe, no gambling for me, so TK still gets food. :)

I put the videos up as soon as I edit them, and get them uploaded. Videos are pretty big, and tonight I am on dialup....so not sure if they will be ready tonight, or it might take overnight to get them both uploaded. All I can say is check back every now and then. I will make sure to announce it here as well. :)

There were a few nice castle looking buildings in Alexandria, LA....and the river looked promising. But it is too far for me to walk to take pics, and while loaded, I cannot leave the trailer alone and bobtail to town. LOL. Oh well. Maybe next time.

Ok, so thanks for taking the drive with us today, and hope you folks enjoyed it. I will work on getting the videos done tonight. Thanks for the emails and comments ya'll always give us! They are appreciated!

Good news TK, you won't go hungry!!! Sure did enjoy the trip today. Makes up for all that waiting around you've done earlier!

TK is a lucky cat! Glad you stopped for the rest you need. Today's news has story of trucker from Tacoma, who died in Montana. They think he fell asleep. Got to be careful out there. Well I don't need to tell you! You seem to be pretty darn smart about what you are doing. Rest well and hope tomorrow is another great day.

Since you live in your truck, do you have a refrigerator stocked with food? Do you have cooking facilities in your rig? If you don't and eat all your meals out, do you get tired of "road" food?
I love your site and join in your travels from time to time during the day. I live about 50 miles from Alex. LA.
