We are not done yet! 485 miles down, 115 before we quit for the day. I have been running hard this morning, and now I have to fuel the ol body then fuel the ol truck. Yes, I took IH10 instead of the backroads. Fuel department changed my route because fuel suddenly got cheaper further south overnight I guess. So, I just now had the chance to update the map. LOL
Will continue the last part of the trip after lunch.
No problem using comments in the blog to chat, just remember they get delayed a bit. :)
Oh, and while driving through Mobile, ALabama, I made two new videos!

Thankgoodness for shoulders on the road. I saw you had to use it when that truck pulled over on you. Whew! Hope the rest of your drive goes better. My kitty gets under the covers with me for about 2 hrs before I get up. Guess the house has got too cool for her by then. Can't wait to see the new videos!
There for a moment I thought it had come a gully washer. Couldn't figure out why those drivers weren't moving a wee bit faster. Then there was the squeegee! Boy you had me fooled there for a minute or two. Did TK sleep through the window washing or was she helping from inside?

Instead of trying to guess why you changed your route, you gave us the interesting fact that fuel would be less costly on your new route - brilliant!
