After careful thinking, I have finally decided to call it quits for tonight in Post Falls, Idaho.  There are several reasons for this. First, we only have about 2 hours left to drive.....that would put us just inside Montana, right where Idaho Pass is located, and that is some heavy duty mountains in there.  Also, looking at the latest weather radar, that exact area is getting pounded right now with heavy snow and ice. Combine everything of mountain driving, in the pitch black dark of night, NO truckstops anywhere close, heavy snow, and worrying about running out of legal time? LOL  Naw, we will stop here and then get a good, fresh start in the morning.

Also, here in Post Falls, Idaho is a silent road crew member and buddy, Jon, who is taking me to dinner tonight!  Jon is the one who picks out your Sunday Morning Videos each and every week!

So, relax for tonight, the next three days are going to be LONG days as we try to make up lost time.

See ya in the morning!  Thanks for riding along today with me.

Come on. Lookout Pass isn't all that bad at night, in snow and icy conditions. Just kidding. I've done Homestake at night with a set a rocky doubles enough. Enjoy dinner and and keep the wheels on the ground. Be safe and god bless.
