Well, we tried to get parking at the Flying Hook in Wichita Falls, Texas but we the line to get into the parking lot was out onto the street, and even on up the exit ramp!  We had non where else to go or turn around, so we rolled through the parking lot anyway. Nope, not even any "make your own spot" type of parking!  We came up here to this town of Electra, Texas, and found this brand new truckstop! Medium sized, but we found parking, so that is what counts. We would not havce time to make it all the way up to Amarillo tonight.

So, relax, and glad we are still going to Utah!

Interesting town name, Electra! Where I'm from (Scranton,PA) the town's nickname is "The Electric City" because of it's past history of electric trolleys that used to run the streets:) Have a good night, glad you found parking.

It must be really new because when I looked at the satellite view, it appeared to be under construction. Hope you got a decent dinner there.
