Ok, truck is out of the doctors office now, so let's roll towards delivery. Since there was no way we would make ontime delivery, they canx our appt today, and our new delivery will be tomorrow. The rush is off us now. LOL

Gammon in the UK is a thick slice of ham that is usually fried or grilled (broiled?). I think it comes from the top of the leg.
