Those are Bradford Pear trees, Steve! Beautiful
Well rub it in would ya! Not much on our trees in Illinois yet!
Must be warmer there! TY for info Dottie.
Yep saw them lining that 2 way highway.. They are pretty. I thought maybe they were dogwoods
They are in almost full bloom down here in GA.
NC must have had a sale on Pear trees! LOL. They are everywhere! :)
They are planted for their flowers, do not bear fruit. Lots of them in the south. Don't have to be pruned either. That is their natural shape.
My brother planted one of those pear trees in his yard (in Iowa) and it is a beautiful tree; fast-growing.
Te4rri, the Dogwoods are not blooming yet. Maybe in another week. The buds are showing.
All those Bradford Pears are nice to look at when blooming, but they smell terrible.
