Good Morning! I am a recent addict lol! Does TK accept "Dog people"?? Hope so because I (and my hubby and dog) are enjoying you travels and web site. Was hoping you might get a load out of Phoenix through Utah ! We retired to Kanab from Salt Lake City a few years ago. But we will enjoy what you have coming up. I have enjoyed reading all the blogs so decided to jump in too!

Welcome kanabgal, just keep the dog quite...maybe TK won't notice. My brother is one of those snowbirds..lives in Yuma during our winter in Washington State. Hope you enjoy the trips!

Thanks Tacomagram! My Mom and her husband live in Yuma in the winter too. They summer in Ft. Bridger, WY. My husband is from Salt Lake. His parents used to snowbird too! We bought our property in Kanab about 13 or so years ago - took us a while but we finally got here permanently!

going thru Amarillo, reminds me of the Cadillacs and the tall cross with the bronze statutes of the stages of the cross! Fun town! speed limits are a lot higher than 62 over the mountains in N.M., spent 4 years there in Albuquerque, used to take off at 5 am and be in Minneapolis by midnight. Funny thing though, is I'd pass the same truckers up too four times as I'd have to stop and get gas. Love your website! I have been wanting to be a truck driver for decades! thanks for the info on unloading, gives me more info than thinking it's all just about driving and listening to the radio. Thanks for updating the FAQ too! my name's Steve, am at the office too not getting paid, just having fun on your website!

kanabgal, don't know your age, but we are finding the cold seems to hurt the bones now. lol Moving south might be nice. My youngest daughter lives in Austin with her family. I would love to live there so I can take care of our grandson. Born here, but ready for warmer clims.

Moving at last. Is TK driving?

Parallel parking is always fun! My girlfriend ude to have me do that in small spaces! She had the patience of Job. Helped me get my license. She became a school bus driver and married my brother! What a gal! (*use)

Goodmorning Steve TK and the rest of the gang. I hope you have a safe trip today, since there is ALOT of rain and here in TN and KY is snow, sleet and ice, but should be gone by the time you get this far. God Bless
