Road Crew: Disembark! :)
We are now done for the day. We logged 10hrs, 1 minute today and covered 531 miles. Good job! The sun came out after a few hours this morning and helped alot....but still have that nagging headache. I will go get some food, and see if that helps.
I go by the 70 hours in 8 day rule. 11 hours max DRIVING per day, but that combined with ONDUTY (picking up/loading/dropping/etc) is what makes the 70. Since this is our first trip after a break at home, I have no worries about my weekly hours running out. Anytime we make 500+ miles in a day, I do not feel guilty about stopping. LOL
I saw all the shirts ordered today. WOW, thanks 98 million times! :) But I am sure you could have found cheaper dish rags ..... LOL.
Ok, going to get some food and see if that might help this headache go away. We will be back on after a little bit.

I have been in one and the one I was in had a curtian to pull.
No I haven't been in one but I hope to! Peggy, daughter got her stitches taken out yesterday she starts therapy this week. She's pretty much confined to her bed upstairs where the bathroom is. When I left she was able to get herself out of bed to go do that and my son installed a hand held shower head so she was able to get cleaned up by herself, which made her feel much better after 4 days! I was there for a week!
I've been up in the model a little bit bigger than BRS's...I was amazed about how much room there was. One truck actually had a shower in it. Now that's the way to go!
Getting up in the truck was not a problem ... but getting down??? Law...the drivers were hooting and hollaring til someone took pity and helped me down. I was laughing so hard I had tears running down my face.

Glad to hear she is on the mend. That has to be a very painfull surgery. I am sure therapy will help alot and make healing go a lot faster. Our prayers are with her.

Her father isn't too far away and her brother is in the area. I think her girlfriends are helping her out plus she has a 13 year old daughter and a 6 year old daughter. Lots of pressure on the 13 yr. old to be an adult! Grandma hates that part!
